Hobo Remixes Psyk

Hobos are sometimes given a bad rap… and they’re usually OK with this, so long as it isn’t a bum rap! They can’t stand that. But with that bad rap often comes the generalizing; that hobos are dirty, filthy, or even sleazy. We’re not ones to judge and like hobos, we really don’t bother ourselves with these labels because at the end of the day, themz just namez. One thing, however, is certain – Hobo’s latest collaboration is most definitely sleazy! And in the best of ways.

The quickly rising Sleaze Records recently tapped Hobo to remix one of their young stars, Psyk, who recently gained widespread attention for his inclusion on Richie Hawtin’s hugely praised “Sounds From Can Elles” mix. Psyk will release his Quimic EP which features remixes from Mike Wall, Re:Axis, and of course Hobo, on Sleaze Records, June 23rd, 2009. This release is sure to be as hot as the June air.
